The modern PEO quoting tool

The portal that turns fifty PEO quotes into one decision.

Three weeks of quoting, done in an afternoon. PEOLens is the quoting platform for brokers and PEO consultants: one client intake reaches your whole vendor panel, every quote is forced onto the same basis, and the comparison your client signs off on is built before the last vendor has replied.

Access is invite-based. No card, and no demo call required.

The old way

The deal takes a day to win. Quoting it takes three weeks.

None of that is advisory work. It is clerical work wearing an advisor’s calendar, and it is the reason good brokers lose deals to the process rather than to the pricing.

01

The same intake, eight times

Census, states, class codes, current spend. Collected once, then reshaped for every vendor because each one wants the packet in their own format.

02

Then the chase

Who has it. Who is quoting. Who quietly declined on workers comp two weeks ago and never said so. The status lives in your inbox, which means it lives nowhere.

03

Then the spreadsheet, at 11pm

Quotes come back in five formats with fees bundled differently and taxes in or out. Making them comparable is manual, slow, and exactly where mistakes happen.

By the time the comparison is ready, the client has already stopped waiting.

How it works

Three steps, one afternoon.

Take the client intake once. Send it to your whole panel at the same time. Whatever comes back gets normalized into one side-by-side comparison, with the client-ready exports already built.

01 / Intake

Take it once

Census, states, current spend, documents. The client can fill it in themselves through your own branded link.

02 / Market

Send the whole panel

Your whole panel gets the deal the same morning, and the chasing lives on a board instead of in your inbox: who has it, who is quoting, who declined and on what.

03 / Compare

Present, don't rebuild

Every quote normalized to the same basis with a multi-year projection, then exported on your letterhead as a comparison PDF and a one-page board summary.

The platform

From intake to placement, in one system.

Built for people who are measured on deals won and hours spent. One place to quote, compare, present, and keep the vendor relationships that make the next deal easier.

One file, every route

PEO, ASO, payroll only, and open-market benefits all quoted from the same intake, so you can market a deal down more than one path at once.

Declines recorded as declines

Not silence. You see who passed, what they passed on, and whether workers comp or medical was the reason.

Your panel, your contacts

Your own vendor rolodex, emailed and invited straight from the deal, with a track record building behind each name.

Normalized comparisons

Admin fees, benefits, and taxes forced onto one basis, with a multi-year projection under it.

Vendor scorecards

Leads sent, proposals returned, what each vendor declines on, and how fast they reply.

White-label client portal

Your domain, your brand. Clients complete intake and upload documents themselves.

Pipeline through placement

Lead to placed, with implementation status, renewal alerts, and commission tracking.

Lead generationAdd-on

Targeted employer lists matched to the industries and states you place. Flat monthly rate.

Client-ready exports

A comparison PDF and a one-page board summary on your letterhead, with your contact line.

Document extraction

Censuses, invoices, payroll registers, and loss runs read and mapped to the same schema.

Benchmarks and industry dataComing

Service fee averages and admin fee ranges by group size and industry.

Items marked Coming are in development and are not part of what ships today.

A quote, before and after

What lands in your inbox, and what you present.

Same quote, same vendor. One version takes a night and a spreadsheet to make sense of. The other is what your client sees, with the math already shown. Illustrative figures.

Who it’s for

Four ways in. One of them is yours.

PEOLens is built for brokers and PEO consultants. Three other groups work with the platform around them, and each has its own way in.

Brokers and PEO consultants

Quote more deals in the time you already have.

This is the product. One intake to your whole vendor panel, every quote normalized onto the same basis, and a client-ready comparison and board summary on your letterhead at the end of it.

  • Keep your own appointments. We never take a percentage of your commission
  • PEO, ASO, payroll only, and open-market benefits from one file
  • Pipeline, renewals, and commission tracking after the win
Get broker accessInvite-based. Usually same day.
PEO sales reps

Your PEO declined the group. You can still get paid.

Send us a declined-to-quote group. It goes out to every vendor quoting that market, and if it places, the referral commission is paid to you personally, not to your employer.

Vendors and partners

Get on the RFPs brokers are already sending.

PEO, ASO, payroll, and specialty providers. Register your appetite once and approved partners may be eligible to receive matching RFPs from brokers actively quoting. Every application is reviewed by a person.

Employers

Looking for a PEO quote?

Tell us about your company and we will introduce you to a broker who quotes your industry and states, and who works the market properly rather than sending one proposal.

Why you can put a client on it

No claims we have not earned.

PEOLens is young and says so. What it will not do is invent a customer count, a savings average, or a compliance badge it has not been audited against.

Access is reviewed by a person

Brokerages are onboarded one at a time and every request is read before an invite goes out. Vendor and rep applications are reviewed the same way.

Roles are enforced on the server

Clients see their own submission. Vendors see only the deals sent to them. Hiding something in the interface is never the control.

Numbers are recomputed, not trusted

Figures read out of a quote are verified against the document and recomputed in code before they can reach anything a client sees.

Built by an ex-PEO sales leader who spent years on the vendor side of these deals and got tired of watching good advisors lose them to the process instead of the pricing. The full technical picture is on the security, methodology, and privacy pages, including what PEOLens has not been audited against.

Broker access

Stop rebuilding the same comparison.

PEOLens is invite-based while brokerages are onboarded one at a time. Tell us who you are and a workspace goes out, usually the same day.

This sends an email to the person who runs onboarding. It does not create an account. See our privacy notice.
