Why PEOLens exists
PEOLens is a quoting platform for brokers and PEO consultants, built by people who place these deals themselves.
The problem it was built for
A PEO deal is usually won in a day. Quoting it takes three weeks. The intake gets rebuilt for every vendor, six reps get emailed separately, quotes come back in five different formats, and someone retypes PDFs into a spreadsheet at eleven at night to produce a comparison the client will read for four minutes.
None of that is advisory work. It is clerical work wearing an advisor's calendar. PEOLens exists to take it off the desk.
Who builds it
PEOLens is built by PEO Consulting Partners, an independent PEO brokerage. The product is written by an ex-PEO sales leader who spent years on the vendor side of these deals and got tired of watching good advisors lose them to the process instead of the pricing. That vantage point is the reason the vendor scorecards track what they track, and the reason the comparison normalizes admin fees, benefits, and taxes onto one basis instead of showing you what the proposals happen to say.
How it is built
Every capability on this site is one that already ships, and anything still in development is labelled as such rather than described in the present tense. Numbers pulled out of a quote document are verified against the document text and recomputed in code before they can appear in anything a client sees. Unreviewed data is marked draft and blocked from client deliverables. If PEOLens is not sure, it says so instead of guessing confidently.
How you get access
Access is invite-based while brokerages are onboarded one at a time. Request access from the homepage with your name, work email, and firm, and an invite to your own workspace is sent by a person, usually the same day. There is no self-serve signup and no automated drip sequence behind the form.
